Filming will cause intermittent traffic delays

WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Production crews for the upcoming NBC series Revolution will be filming at the Smith Creek Bridge in Wilmington Monday.

According to film permits, the scene involves a hero's stage ambush on the bridge to free a friend from militia. The scene will include horses and explosions. Five actors and 35 extras will be involved.

This filming will cause Castle Hayne Road between McRae Street and Division Drive to be closed intermittently.
